Order Processing
All orders are processed and shipped within 5–7 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once dispatched, a tracking number will be emailed to you.
Processing time may vary slightly during high-volume periods, collection launches, or promotional events.
Shipping Times & Rates
Domestic (United States):
Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days after processing
Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (if selected at checkout)
International:
Standard International Shipping: 7–21 business days after processing
Delivery time may vary depending on the destination country and customs clearance.

Customs & Duties (International Orders)
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply upon delivery. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and vary by country.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before they have shipped.
Once a shipping confirmation has been sent, the order is final and cannot be changed or cancelled.
Pre-order items are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link to follow your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
