Refund & Return Policy

At DStyle Clothing, we value your satisfaction and stand by the quality of our handmade garments. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to make it right.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

In original condition – unworn, unwashed, and unused

With tags attached

In its original packaging

Accompanied by proof of purchase

To start a return, please email info@dstyleclothing.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions and the return address.
Note: Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@dstyleclothing.com so we can evaluate the issue and offer a resolution.

Return Shipping

Buyers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Items that do not meet the return criteria will be rejected and returned to the original shipping address.

We do not process direct exchanges. The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item and place a new order after your return is approved.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order was shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, no questions asked. Items must still meet our standard return conditions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.
